Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
You will be displayed with the available shipping options on checkout. For International this will be either DHL or Australia Post and the options will depend on your ship to address.
For Australian domestic, you will be presented with either Australia Post or Fastway courier options depending also on your ship to address. Please note that Fastway courier is only available to street addresses (so no PO Box or Locked Bag type addresses).
All carriers we use provide tracking of the shipment which we will provide you details of when we ship your purchase.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to weight and/or size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
We have two options:
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We only ship to your Paypal address as advised by Paypal. If this is different from what you advise when checking out, we have no choice but to cancel the order and you will have to re-order. Sincere appologies in advance for this.
Returns must have a Return Authorisation so when it arrives we know where it has come from and why so we can act accordingly. Please use the contact form on the web site to get in touch with us to arrange a return.
Cost to return must be covered by you and is refunded for warranty returns when the warranty claim is validated.
